Exceptional customer service. Incredibly clean, everything from equipment to the office space is new. It doesn't feel like a dentist, it feels like a Spa. It took me 23 years to go to the dentist, out of pure fear due to traumatic painful experiences I had as a child. Overall GREAT experience. ALL of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, from the second you walk in, you are greeted and paid attention to. The hygienist is very professional and works EXTREMELY well. She absolutely LOVES doing her job and treated me with the upmost respect, as if we were family. She made absolutely sure that every issue I was having was taken care of. Also after that Dr. Maria comes in and addresses any issues you may be having. I must say the quality control is BAR NONE. I have to be honest and say that I tend to not be a great dental patient as I am terrified of dental work. Today I had my first visit for a cracked tooth. I was so nervous but the staff took their time informing me of every step and reassuring me that I was in good hands. The office is designed beautifully and the art was so calming. I will need to return for extractions that for the first time in 12 years of being told they needed to come out, I will finally get done; because for the first time, I felt safe and trusted the staff.
